Don't know if this was mentioned already but SOS has a pretty comprehensive review of Push, that could help making some distinction between the two.

What has been your delivery time, is this normal? The last time I heard from CS they told me it'd take three days max.

I've just bought Live, waiting for the serial now, been previously been working in four other DAWs and I expected this to be a basic feature. I hope there are no more surprises like this!
