Not sure if this is helping, but Live! 9.1.4 seems to running normally with Yosemite 10.10 DP3.

But I haven't made a in-deep test yet. Just installing and starting.

Unfortl. Live! 9.1.3 isn't starting anymore. Reinstalling isn't working either.

Can someone confirm that 9.1.3 is working with OS X 10.10?

I'm using Keyboard Maestro for sending a midi-signal to that app. And that app is pushing that Peak Indicator for me :) How simple is that (not really but it works right?). So now ...
