does the audio device show up? does the midi or audio show up in audio midi setup in utilities? if it's not there the drivers probably need to be installed again ... you installed the tb03 drivers yeah? they're different to the boutique drivers

Okay, that's what I figured. Do we know where it stores the index file? My concern is that I have closed out the program in the middle of the scan and then foolishly went back and deleted my user folder from the sidebar. I want to make sure there aren't any partial index's that will cause an issue ...
