Re: Anyone NOT getting the tinting/coloration of the white pads?
Coming from FL Studio with it's lifetime free updates et al, Push is my first foray into the world of Ableton to give it a serious look. Getting told to suck it up and too bad does not inspire confidence for me to every buy another Ableton product again. Thankfully I can sell it easily enough if I f...

Re: Anyone NOT getting the tinting/coloration of the white pads?
Check out some videos on YouTube with people using the push in dimly lit rooms. Those white keys run the entire gamut of shaded colours. At this point I'm probably going to sell mine when it arrives if there's no satisfactory response from Ableton on how they are going to fix it. It's bad enough tha...

Re: Why do so many people have a push already?
I found a music shoppe selling them on eBay, they had 4 new ones listed with a buy it now price of $600 (w/Live Intro). All 4 sold within 2 hours of being listed. Thankfully I snagged the last one.

Re: Push & Ableton Live 9 Intro Licence
intro is free. it is generously come with hardwares for the marketing purpose. Win-Win. Actually intro was freely downloadable at soundcloud. I have 2 copy of intro CD come with 30 bucks hardwares. But I agree that it's misleading. Free.. I don't think that word means what you think it means. Ablet...

Re: Multiple shades of gray/white
Still, there's no excuse for this.. it just means they bought low grade LED's instead of insisting on in-spec ones. Does Ableton really expect us to believe that it's that hard for a $600 piece of hardware to have $0.10 LED's instead of $0.02 seconds or thirds that some other customer didn't want? I...

Depending on your country, you can take them to small claims court which generally doesn't cost you anything other than your time to appear. Seems to me you have a pretty clear cut case for a judgement in your favor.

Egads! I'm afraid to see what mine will look like when it will arrive. For the price, I'd expect much better QC.Robin Nixon wrote:By the way, here's what my Push looks like for anyone interested:

Depends on the manual, which I haven't received yet. Some are written in a way that they make alot of assumptions on your current skill level.. and I learn best by visual example.infernal.machine wrote:Read the manual

Cost efficient Live training?
Hi there, I'm getting into electronic music as a hobby and have been dabbling with FL Studio. While it seems powerful enough, its way too obfuscated for a noob like me. After seeing all the voodoo of the new Push, I found a seller on eBay selling 4 new ones. I grabbed one, they all sold out in a cou...
