I found a music shoppe selling them on eBay, they had 4 new ones listed with a buy it now price of $600 (w/Live Intro). All 4 sold within 2 hours of being listed. Thankfully I snagged the last one.

intro is free. it is generously come with hardwares for the marketing purpose. Win-Win. Actually intro was freely downloadable at soundcloud. I have 2 copy of intro CD come with 30 bucks hardwares. Still, there's no excuse for this.. it just means they bought low grade LED's instead of insisting on in-spec ones. Depending on your country, you can take them to small claims court which generally doesn't cost you anything other than your time to appear. Seems to me you have a pretty clear cut case for a judgement in your favor.

Depends on the manual, which I haven't received yet. Some are written in a way that they make alot of assumptions on your current skill level.. and I learn best by visual example.
