They're probably in a huge rush to prepare and ship all orders. If people start cancelling their orders left and right it's probably an organizational recipe for disaster. :lol:

More than 3 days now and still no shipping notification
And Ableton still won't let me cancel the order even though it hasn't shipped yet.
Just wanna buy it at a local shop and Ableton would still get my money.
I find this very odd behaviour.

58 hrs since I ordered it and still no shipping notice. Tried to cancel my order, so I could just buy it at the local shop since it’s in stock there now. But Ableton refuse to let me cancel even if it’s not shipped. And when it’s finally shipped they estimate it to take 7-9 business days within ...

It's been 48 hrs for me now and still no shipping. Doing the trade-in. Maybe that takes a longer time for some reason.
