http://timerime.com/user_files/161/161554/media/duchamp-mona-lisa.gif Or maybe It is just you that lack the cultural background to understand that both the above "mona lisa" are "art"? The difference between you and me is this: you consider conceptual art "shit". I consider modern music "art", but ...

Re: On Music

for me it is not music, but just a cultural niche, conceptual art, "art of manipulating timbre and noises", "sound collage", whatever. Not music. You sound like my mother that one time I made the mistake to take her to a Modern Art exhibition: "Oh this is not art! I can't even recognize the shapes ...

Re: How the tea party achieved what Bin Laden failed to do

Funken wrote:Marx and Engels explained that the bourgeois family was a product of capitalism, and a tool by which capitalism was propagated. Of course the family would change in a socialist society. So would education.
Thank you, again, for confirming what I wrote.

Easy! Point 3: "Abolition of all right of inheritance." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Communist_Manifesto#II._Proletarians_and_Communists) That's right, Marxy Marx wanted to deny you your right to leave anything behind for your children. This was part of his wider goal to dissolve the family uni...

Re: who is actually going to fall for obama care

Only Marxists understand the subjective factor in history. Actually, I'm quite sure that you would exaggerate the importance of the subjective factor most of the time. Yet at the same time you cling to 'absolutes' such as 'human nature' and the 'naturalness' of capitalism. If you tried to analyse h...
