Hm interesting thought. I'm using the TC electronics impact twin as an interface connected via ADAT to Expert Sleepers ES-3 and ES-6 modules. Since ADAT is a digital connection I assume that there shouldn't be any peak to peak variations.

Is really no one else bordered by the fact that without calibration it is not outputting 1v/oct?

Yes after calibration the oscillator runs pitch correct. But like I wrote I just wonder why the cv tool doesn't output 1v/oct without calibration. I mean there are modules which can't be calibrated but they still should receive 1v/oct cv, like filters without selfoscillation.

The only thing is when I'm sending pitch CV to my oscillator, CV tools doesn't seam to follow the 1V/Oct standard. Its way off. Its more like 1V/2Oct. If i tune my oscillator to C1 and I play one octave ...

sure, to work with the groove area in ableton was what i meant by "extracted a groove and change the percentage of timing, quantize and random" but the only parameter i can map to a knob in the groove pool area is the global intensity. of course i can work with different grooves, but to change ...
