The mixer is connected via firewire, and when selected as the input device eliminates the independent input/output function.

Can I use a seperate output device to monitor audio?

I record through my mixer, but need to monitor through the soundcard in my comnputer. Is it possible to have the mixer as input and the soundcard as output for monitoring?
