I've just bought myself a normal 2 tiered keyboard stand. I'm just gonna put a bit of 5mm plywood on each tier, making it just big enough to hole a laptop and interface on top and a keyboard and extra controller on the bottom... On the top tier I'm gonna put a lip on the wooden bit to hold the lappy...

Couple of things that might be worth a look... http://www.thomann.de/gb/km_12150.htm http://www.thomann.de/gb/km_18950.htm Looking for other ideas myself... Thanks for that robbmasters... I like this one --> http://www.thomann.de/gb/km_12150.htm - but the Axiom doesn't fit on the mouse pad tray and...

laptop / keyboard stand for performance
I've got a little Axiom 25 and a laptop that I'll be performing with... So what should I do for a stand? Obviously it has to be fairly light and portable. At this stage I'm looking at a 2 tier keyboard stand with some plywood attached somehow to make it into two platforms... Maybe some kind of rubbe...

Yeah I thought I did... Now it is confirmed. Is there anyway to have them only work when the track is armed? What if I mapped them using MIDI Learn? Would I be right on saying that then the problem would be that if I wanted to control cutoff/res on multiple VST's, I'd have to use more knobs (and I o...

Western Australia is the place to go for work at the moment apparently... The mining boom seems to be making everyone rich (but it can't last forever). Unskilled workers are moving over there and earning 200k a year in the mines. F*cking mental! Anyways, Melbourne is definitely my fav place in the c...

question about controlling vst's
Hi everyone I'm running Live with a whole bunch of VST's set up in a live set. I have an Axiom 25 midi keyboard on which I'm using the default factory preset #17. In most of the VST synths I'm using, the two top right knobs are defaulted to cutoff and resonance... So my question is: When I'm changin...
