I just got a new Push 2 yesterday. When I first plugged it in it updated to the most recent firmware, I also updated my Os x to the current version 10.10.5. I can't figure out why the display screen remains stuck on the logo. Please help!

I'd like to set up my rock band drums to trigger Drums in ableton. How does one set it up so that ableton recognizes the drums as a controller? Any setup help greatly appreciated!

I've installed nativeKONTROL PXT-Live for Ableton Push and Live 9. I follow the instructions to go to Live's Preferences in the MIDI/Sync tab, PXT_Live does not show up as an option under Control Surfaces. Has anyone has this problem before?

For the last year I have been recording in Ableton and reading/watching everything I can get my hands on, but I that I've hit a threshold and could benefit from a class. Do you really that they're BOTH a waste of $$?

UPDATE - Problem is now resolved. In case any others experience this issue - I called Ableton support and they walked me thru this. Basically I "dumped" the instrument which caused firmware to erase. I then had to open ableton>preferences> to successfully allow the Push to receive the Sysex.

Anyone? I was hoping to get recording ASAP, but this is holding me back!

When I turn on my Ableton push the screen reads "NO FIRMWARE FOUND" I attempt to update the firmware when prompted, and it says "PLEASE SEND SYSEX" there's no way to move beyond this error message. No results come up from any web searches. Please help.
