Hi. Mine does this too. I think it is basically where the encoders are quite stiff and the cap is not gripping enough so it slips a little, causing this clicking. If I move an encoder slowly this doesn’t happen, only when I’m moving the encoder quicker does it occur. I find this quite annoying too! ...
