How could something that will 'work for everything' be simple at the begining of your exploration. The fact of its possibilities stops that. Over time you will see its great range as well as come to grips with its ease of use. Zebra can cover a lot of ground. And it gets easier.

Is th...

What is the actual name of the effect ? Is this a 'Rack' effect ? If so it might be one which I built. When you let me know and if it is in fact one of mine when I get home tonight I'll open it up and take a look for you.

It really has to do with impedence. If you put a guitar into a low impedence input (regardless of level) it will load down the guitar pickup and you loose all your hi frequency material from the guitar i.e. it will sound like crap.

Look at u-he Filterscape and Zebra2. These the best arps I have ever found aside from standalone applications such as Numerology (mac only). The great thing about these is that you can choose the number of voices played for each step. This allows you to construct and deconstruct chords. Very effecti...

Would not have affected Live 5 at all, but been installed 'beside' it. So no worries... Dont understand exactly what occoured but maybe without the serial it activates in demo mode ? Ask the Abes.

Yeah I did a chunk of the included library for FabFilterTwin very fun to program. Really nice sounding and easy synth. Worth checking out.

Can't speak for the choice of demo limitation scheme as I never had to bother with it 8)
