Thanks very much for the link. I think I have found a workflow I can live with! 1.Put an External Instrument device on the midi track. (This makes the track an audio output not midi, which is not always ideal, but workable, for example can duplicate the track before adding External Instrument, etc.)...

Fixed: support suggested that I do a "deep rescan" which is done by pressing [ALT] while activating the rescan button.

I'm trying to permanently dim my push 2 so that it is less harsh visually in a dark room at night.
I enter setup and adjust "LED BRIGHTNESS" to about 30%.
Even if I save the set when I reload a set (any set) the brightness is always back at 100% .
