Any one know how to make their kick drums sound as good as this got them pumping in this bodyrox remake.

Im sure its all to do with the compression and gains, however um having trouble getting any thing sounding as solid.

Still having the same problems, im able to save my project as a wav file in either of the 3 bit formats and they all play through my computer how i cant put them ona cd or convert them to an mp3 format

Howsit, Im having some trouble when exporting my tracks to .wav files. They seem to be without any problems as a .wav file but i cant put them on a cd, or convert them to an mp3... This might be somthing really basic, but if any one has any suggestions please do share. Thanks

Other than the sample tracks that come with ableton is their any where that you can find other tracks that have been made in ableton and you can open to see how their made ect? I dunno if its kinda cheating or what ever, but it would be great to learn from.

If you buy a macbook or macbook pro you can run Windows as well as OSX!

But Live files (.asd's) are compatible cross-platform anyway. The only thing to condiser is if you have a lot of PC-only 3rd party plugins which might keep you in Windows world.

Is their any where (possibly in this forum)that people are posting their tracks as ableton projects? not just a completed mp3? Interested in how people are making their tracks here.

howsit, can any one please recomend a couple of synths to use for creating the dirty house sound. New to ableton/producing here so will give any thing a crack. Finding it hard to get that grunty dirty sound. or maby any tutorials posted around on this sorta stuff?
