I don't quite get it.. isn't it true that when warping your sample it will automatically be perfect on beat? With absolutely no swing..?

And doesn't the clip sound warped? And how do i quantize the other tracks synced to this one?

If i don't use the system timestamp i got the same problem, but in cubase it's a familiar problem..

And it got fixed by the timestamp.. is there any way to work round this??

And what do u mean with any other type of midi gear?

Hi, thanks for the response, i do have the latest driver and the problem i tell you about is like reversed latency? everything comes before the hit

Putting on latency compensation on the exact amount of time that is between the supposed hit and the real hit..

there's 0.065 between the audible hit ...

To add something, it doesn't record midi normally when monitoring is off, too..

it still keeps shifting it, so that it hits before the beat..

So when you hit it today, it will be recorded like yesterday

Yeah, i'm dealing with the same issues right now..

Live keeps shifting the notes ahead. So when i played it at 2.2 it recorded it at 1.4.4 or so..

I don't have any delay compensation turned and it does the same thing with monitoring auto, off, or in..

it's like reversed latency, u always drum ...

Any help on this one??

Hi guys, i'm using a dual core pentium processor, 2 gigs of of ram and an emu 1212m set to 3ms of latency. the total latency is 8 ms.

Now everytime i punch in my drums on the MPD it comes in too early, not too late, so it seems like i got reversed latency..

Can anyone help me with this? is there ...
