method 2. Get sample. Put it into simpler create a 1 bar clip that plays middle c. Play that clip and adjust tempo until the first bar of the loop is playing seamlessly. This is what I do.

in track view, click on the track you wish to edit the automation.. then click Envelope.. then select 64.. voila[/quote]
