Electronica/Dance Video - DarKsLide's 'Involuntary Muscles'
hey all, been a while since I posted... I've just uploaded my first draft of a video for one of my demo songs called Involuntary Muscles. It was made with pictures only, but I added a lot of panning and transitions to the beat. I'd love to hear what you guys think of the song and video, since it's ...

Re: help me choose please
What are you going to use it for mainly? How many inputs do you really need, do you need 4 1/4"jack/XLR inputs? IMO if you just need to plug in a guitar and mic, or something similar, I'd go with the Cakewalk, the audio quality is way better at 24/96. I've never heard/used a 16/44 but I would think ...

Re: Controllers for Session Drums?
thanks for your input guys. Native kontrol presets sure seem to open up the capabilities of the apc40, but for me I don't think the navigating functions are all that necessary, and get to be a bit much... and on further thought, idk about using the apc pads to trigger drum hits anyway, I find them ...

Controllers for Session Drums?
Hi there,
Just wondering, for those of you using Session drums, what are you using to trigger/control them with? I have the apc40, which is great for the macros and effects, but does not trigger the drums with the pads??? Do I have to re-map it somehow, or do I need a whole other controller? If so ...

Hi all,
Sorry if this topic is redundant but I couldn't find it in the search.
I am looking to buy a 15" MacBookPro right away and have a couple options right now. My dilemma is whether to save some money on getting one with a smaller processor... any advice? my present 2 choices are:

Re: PusH - a new guitar/melodic composition by DarKsLide
thanks smili, I appreciate your feedback.
As for the fuzziness, I'm not sure if it's my crappy interface (I just have an M-Audio FastTrack Pro), my guitar's tone to begin with, or the fx I'm using from Live...

Re: PusH - a new guitar/melodic composition by DarKsLide
Okay, after two nights, hours and hours of re-mixing, I've got a new mix up on soundcloud, check it out if you like...
I did what I could with the guitars, by panning a little bit differently, modifying some of the fx on them, etc. Everything is done using only Live's native fx, which is both a ...
