I'll check all that out tonight. I was messing with the audio preferences but I never took the time to determine the minimal latency to retain sound quality. So, I have great sound quality but the delay was a lot more than 15ms.

I think I chose that but I'll check it again when I get home tonight.

I'm using Live Lite 5 that came with my audio interface and I still experience the latency issues.
