When it's synced to another device, you can't arm or activate the recording in to a slot. You can't hit that circle in the session view. You need to play it first. It means your performance must start by running sequence from external device then ableton follows it immediately, then you hit the reco...

Thanks for reply, but i never done anything in the arrangement view. If you are saying i have to do this in arrangement view then i know it can't be done in session view. Launching clips from session view is kind a interesting to me

That would be good with pad track added. I thought it's starting at 0:40 but after 8 bars or so dropped, back to drum loop with some vocal. It could be better, at least in my opinion.
