I'm sure those that have PXT-Live have had an email but just to share PXT-Live has been updated for compatibility with Live 9.1.2 so no more problems.

It might not be to everyone's taste or you may have watched it but I just thought I would share.

A 9.1.2-compatible beta version is available. FWIW, information about PXT-Live’s compatibility with 9.1.2 and the availability of the beta version is mentioned on the PXT-Live download page.

A 9.1.2-compatible beta version of PXT-Live Plus is available too.

I have just downloaded and installed PXT-Live and it does not work (i thought i was on version 9.1.1) but I'm on version 9.1.2 . It must have updated when i registered push ? Any ideas as PXT does not work with 9.1.2.

I am no expert but in your situation I would go for live (I have not tried bitwig yet so can not comment on it) the reason being as it's your first DAW you are going to want to find tips, tricks, tutorials etc etc and obviously live has this in abundance all over the place. they are totally different. im glad i have both.

using push and apc is Deluxe.
on a strong cpu you can pingpong your tracks running 2 instances of live and make transitions by one instance controlled
by oush, and the other via apc.

or you take full controll of devices in one set via push and ...
