Re: Live 12 reference manual DISCONTINUED BOOOOOO
On the radar = it's been spotted. They're aware of it. What they will do in response is unknown at this time. https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/on-radar#:~:text=idiom,t%20even%20on%20my%20radar. Thanks for googling it for me! I have heard the saying before! The question is what do...

Re: Live 12 reference manual DISCONTINUED BOOOOOO
Here's the Live 12 online manual. I take it the pdf one will be available soon as you stated previously. Correct? That's not what I stated. I just said that the topic is on the radar. So, what does that mean ? (Genuine question !) Does it mean that you are aware that you dont have a pdf manual ? (W...

Re: Live 12 reference manual DISCONTINUED BOOOOOO
I wonder if Ableton are planning on selling a paper manual - that may explain why they arent offering a free pdf download !! They stopped selling paper manuals several years ago - the last I have is from Live 8. But I would certainly miss having the convenience of a handy pdf version. Maybe I'm jus...

I wonder if Ableton are planning on selling a paper manual - that may explain why they arent offering a free pdf download !! I just dont get the argument that support told me: "we currently do not plan to offer one because we do not have the resources to maintain both the online version and a P...

Re: Live 12 reference manual DISCONTINUED BOOOOOO
Hey everyone, this is on the radar, sorry for the hassle. FYI, the manual is in the application package (right-click Live's icon in the Finder > show package content > contents > LegalandDocs... but it's still the L11 one. Just been told by support today that they are definitely not planning on “of...

Re: using push 3 and push 2 together
Can you keep Push 2 and Push 3 connected at the same time and choose to switch between them ? (If both are connected, what happens?) Am thinking about getting a push 3 standalone to use around the house, with the modular etc. I use a Push2 permanently connected to a desktop mac and would plan on use...

Re: 9.2 and Roland A-Pro keyboards
I'd never mapped the faders and knobs so that I was happy with it. Now it works nicely. Probably due to my crapness at building a control map - I'm very much a novice at setting up midi maps in daws (and, well, everything else!)

That kind of frustration is absolutely normal with any new software or hardware ( anything new , even girlfriend) Manual and tutorials are not enough, except for the very experienced individuals. Never found a manual much good for girlfriends (maybe I'm not that experienced) or are you suggesting v...

Re: Using Ableton 64 bit?
I've just installed x64 Live this week (alongside 32 bit) due to crashes with memory problems. So far no problems (as long as you have 64 bit VSTs).
