god dam the sapport team SUCKS!!!

i sent about 4 emails and i STILL havent got any reply yet.... does anyone now by the way how i can get The Ableton Essential Instrument Collection 1.

how can i get my serial back. i havent attempted to get it back cause i lost the whole box that came with ableton and the cd case which had the serial number. when i tried to log on to the internet which had my serial number on it. i had forgotten that password and when i renewed it i lost my serial ...
