You can if you install PXT-Live but the default Live Script doesn't let you do it.

Re: Push for 'traditional' musicians?
I was also looking into Push and though it is a very tempting device decided not to buy one. In my opinion it is mostly made for loop-based music using a lot of midi instruments or ready made samples. I do a lot of recording and sound-design myself and think that I'm just quicker using mouse, keybo...

Re: The very best method for browsing samples using Push?

It allows you to quick flip through a bunch of samples in context by turning a knob rather than loading samples one ...

Re: The Great Interface Hunt
I use a focusrite Forte. It has premium quality preamps that sound better than most interfaces. I had a motu 828 mk3 and several other interfaces before that of similar quality and the Forte blows them out of the water. It also has great latency i have it set at 2 samples. which is perfect for playi...

Re: Is it time for MIDI 2.0 (or osc)?
Some instruments use NRPN's which have 16384 steps instead of 128. That is enough resolution for me. My Moog and my Elektron A4 both can use NRPN's

Re: The Great BitWig Migration
I like the way Bitwig looks, it looks better than Live to me. But push is why i purchased Live and why i will stay. The hardware integration and session mode are the most important things for me. Function over fashion.

Re: is Push now considered 'feature-complete' ?
PXT-Live is only 20 dollars. It adds most of the functionality that should have come with the controller. if you have a Push you owe it to yourself to get PXT-Live.
