Is there a M4L device that does this? Note Toucher.

There's a physical device called "Note Toucher", which takes an incoming MIDI stream of notes and chords, and allows you to "play" the notes and chords with one or two fingers (notes C and D on a keyboard.) This allows someone with no keyboard skills but some rhythm to "play" a sequence and not have...

So you're able to zip it closed without any problem? Is it a struggle to get it closed? Reason I ask is I'm thinking about producing a case for the Push 2, but if the Magma case works fine maybe there is no need for it.

Polyrhythm (Not Polymeter) Step Sequencing on Push?

Is it possible to step sequence polyrhythms on Push? An example of the type of polyrhythm I'm talking about below--which shows 3,4, and 5 beats per bar, rather than just different length bars. I don't have a Push but I'm thinking about getting one, however polyrhythms are a big part of my music, I a...

Anyone using the Reloop Keypad?

Just wondering about the quality... I know the keys are probably crap. How about the rest of the unit? Do the drumpads send MIDI CC's with pressure?

Re: How to use sampes in SAMPER each with its own effects?

Can you just use a Drum Rack or even multiple Samplers in an Instrument Rack? You can definitely do it that way. I know that and that is great. Is there way to randomize sample selection in that instrument rack? I want to do random sample selection like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v...

Re: How to use sampes in SAMPER each with its own effects?

Yeah put multiple samplers in an instrument rack, each sampler with one sample.

Set the key range on each one to one note on the keyboard.

Then put a different effect on each chain.

You can have as many samplers as you want in a rack, they don't use much cpu.

Re: Implications of using unusual scales for dance music?

Just make what sounds good. Let the DJ worry about how to mix it. Records are not always harmonically mixed. A lot of DJs don't even think about it. And a little dissonance isn't always a bad thing, it can add tension sometimes. If one track clashes with another badly, a DJ can mix a part of a track...

APC Mini Opinions? or APC20?

I could use some opinions. The APC Mini seems like it could fit my needs well. I read reviews of the APC Mini that said you can't change banks--is this still true? This would be to launch clips, and attach faders to velocity plugins for a set template that I use. I would need to edit the controllers...

M4L's Convolution Reverb vs Altiverb 7?

Is there a difference in sound quality?

Anyone compared both side by side?

Any other notable differences?

Question for Maschine Users--processing Maschine MIDI data

Is it possible to intercept Maschine MIDI pad notes before they reach the Maschine plugin? For example I would like to put an arpeggiator plugin before the Maschine VST (this is just an example, what I want to do is a little more complex, but also involves manipulating MIDI).
