Just installed Ableton M1 on my MBPro M1. Same issue with CPU usage. even using simple drum racks it easily reaches 20-25% load.

i am also on a m1 16gb mbpro. live 10 runs on it, but it is dragging the cpu. most of my sessions reach 80 to 90 with only 8 or 10 channels. so i would say ableton with m1 as it is now is a no go. on the other hand logic is killing it. and native plugins like tal and valhalla are amazing. im almost ...

Ableton runs fine, but as it is under Rosetta2 obviously it adds system resources. In my experience Ableton plus non-native M1 plugins can be a drag.

Hi, how to use live onstage for launching each song? Is there a playlist manager? I need the full features of the session view to interact with the song live.

hi. i own the live 9 suite. soft synths are my only source of sounds (do mostly electronic, with hot chip, phantogram... influences).
is ni komplete 10 a worth purchase? it is really expensive!
