Re: Where do I find the 700+ sounds of Push

If you log into your account on the ableton site and go to packs you should find several packs that you need to download (it varys depending which version of live you own) that is where the other sounds are :)

But go on, protect that company you gave your money to from complaints from those pesky meanies who dare to have some higher standards and expectations than you. le sigh  I'm not a fanboy, I bought something it does what it sa...

Re: Will NAMM bring us anything new for the push?

Ted, I see your point and it would be nice but I guess from their perpective they already told us they are still working on it and maybe they feel thats all we need to know right now . A capitalistic company treating their customers like children....hm, yeah.....that sure sounds like a recipe for s...

Re: Will NAMM bring us anything new for the push?

Another good point Tom the aftertouch is terrible (well not terrible but insanely easy to trigger), I wish I could turn it off, its almost impossible for me to not trigger it (without switching to PXT that is) Ted, I see your point and it would be nice but I guess from their perpective they already ...

Re: Will NAMM bring us anything new for the push?

The problem with stuff like this ted is they say "ok we are working on stuff" and leave it at that and people get mad, but on the other hand they say "Oh yeah we will have this feature by this date" then they cant make the date and people get mad, they cant win.

Re: Will NAMM bring us anything new for the push?

Since it seems some of my previous comments were taken the wrong way, I am not saying I am not interested in an update or don't want an update, there are several things I would LIKE them to change its just that a lot of people on these forums seem very entitled and demanding which I don't think is t...

Re: Push in general and with other DAWs

Love mine, disagree with the comment about PXT being needed to make it good with live but everyone is entitled to their opinion. Agree the buttons aren't as clear as they could be and that chords are easier on keys. The drum rack integration is great if you ask me but the melodic step sequencer is a...

Re: Am I overcomplicating the foot switch in my head?

Maybe a guitar style footswitch would work? I dunno just an idea, guitar style footswitches tend to be latching on/off jobs maybe it would work better than a sus pedal.

I have both and I may be wrong but I see no reason you would want general without another daw and already having PXT-Live and plus.

Re: Push in cubase.

If only every DAW was the same internally. Just because it works in sonar don't assume it does in every other. It might be in sonar but this thread is about cubase. The setup is identical in both daws. Or for that matter any DAW that allows you to configure midi in and out. It works exactly the sam...
