i am looking for the best Ressource for Ableton Live Templates
with complete Tracks from Start to Finish.
I want to level up the Game and found Templates
extremely valuable to learn from.
I am happy to pay for them if the provide great insights ...

man this thing has in fact midi in and out.
maybe this is really just the thing i am looking for!
i order this right away and try it out.
problem is i am a complete midi-looser and have no hell of a clue how to set this up :D
but this will be a problem for another post!

To be exactly i would really use Ableton pretty basic.
I would just want to fire the different scenes/songparts at its place.
So to be honest the perfect Set-Up would be Acoustic Drums and a way to just hit a pad and the next scene/songpart would ...

Maybe i really should check the SPD-SX out as there will be different occasions where i too might play this thing as a standalone.

I too had the Roland SPD-SX in mind.
Already owned the original SPD but then switched to the Yamaha DTX Multi 12 then.
Which is awesome but unfortunately broken after excessive touring.

But: nearly 700 Euro for just changing scenes is hard to ...
