I've got an assignment I need to finish for next Fri, so no go for me this weds, but in principle I'd be happy to do something at the Orwell once and a while. I'll definitely be coming through to the Hidden Away vibe. Will get in touch to play, once my set is done...

Can i suggest that you change your warp mode setting on all tracks to something other than complex as this will rule out one possibility. Then i promise I will stop going on about it:)

Have you changed the setting on each individual clip?

Mazsmith I have solved my problem (for the moment!).

I had warp mode set on complex in the 'Record, Launch, Warp' Preferences.
Try setting this on re-pitch and hopefully your glitches will go awaaaaaayy!

I have received no response yet. I have sent a letter to the ableton help desk, so I will let you know if and when I get a reply or make any progress.

I tried freezing some tracks, but this didn't ...

Just when I thought I was getting somewhere...
I have a set up using Live 6 where I am have pre-recorded audio samples and recording live loops on the fly. So at any one given moment there can be up to 6 tracks going at once. I have effects on my return tracks with a few on the audio tracks too ...

So I just caught up with some of the banter so far and sounds like some good stuff going down.
I'm up for either 21st or 23rd.
I'm pretty new to the elctronica scene, but loving the process of exploration and combining acoustic and electronic. Have done a handful of live sets and looking for ways ...
