Re: No Color option? 9.5
yeah, there is no background color option, however you can turn off auto coloring, and set the default color all tracks should start with. Then just choose the same color as your background.

Re: Push 2 coming soon?
Yeah, you can't setup input routing from Push, however if you have routing already configured in a template, you can absolutely arm a track, record an audio clip, then use the convert button to load that clip into a new Simpler.puzzlefactory wrote:Hmmm, that's a shame (and a slightly misleading video)...

Re: Push 2 coming soon?
Am I reading the Ableton site correctly where it says $799 for just the hardware? In the interest of accuracy, Push is $799 including Live Intro. So you can get started making music without buying any additional software. You can also save on the price by purchasing an upgrade from Live Intro to Li...

Hmm, looks like the "Back to Arrangement" button is missing. They have probably completely gotten rid of the Arrange view.
Loving the new Library view! It will be a huge improvement and could radically reduce the learning curve for new users.

Quicklook support on OS X
I just saw the way Logic supports this. When saving a Logic session the app takes a screenshot and saves it as a part of the project. Then when you try and view a logic document using Quick Look you get a nice quick view of what the session looks like before even having to open the app. This makes l...

Re: Is anybody working on "parameter lock"
haha i'm working on this right now! mind reader!
I'm more interested in p-locking that racks then anything else. the note sequencer in live is fine, i just love my machinedrum sound design workflow.
hopefully have this done very soon.
