Re: Mrs. Neb in the hospital with a life-threatening infection

Neb, All my prayers are for Mrs. Neb and you. Good health is one of those things we take for granted until we realize that it and love are the two greatest riches that we have. My family will have yours in our minds and wishes. It is good to hear that her prognosis is getting better. All my thoughts...

or sing in tune. You can use Direct Note Access to do far, far weirder things than just pitch correcting vocalists or create Dragonforce guitar solos(which seem to be the most popular uses for Melodyne).... Imagine the possibilities for flipping samples if you are a hip-hop producer....you have fou...

Well, in the South, it's just not proper to discuss one's "shortfalls" right in front of them...

you can always use Live's FX and just play with the reverb decay/room size/early reflections etc, to shorten or lengthen it. Ditto delays. Live 7's compressor is very good too. I personally like to use a plate reverb such as Audio Damage's reverence as a shorter reverb, with medium-large room/hall ...

depends on what you're doing...when I play live, I usually have one send with a beat repeat, dblueGlitch, and Livecut. I map the plugin on/off switch to keys, and then when I send to them, I can trigger them on or off. The nice thing with the send is that it allows me to mix the actual signal being...

Wasn't going to chime in but.... Let's follow your reasoning out a bit. You already own LIVE 7, correct. Now you think that you should get a free upgrade to LIVE 8 because you are a legitimate and long term user of LIVE and have LIVE 7. What happens when you get your free upgrade to LIVE 8 and LIVE ...
