I have Live on two computers. I try to keep all sounds available on both but sometimes I'll start a track on one and when I move it to the other computer it's missing a sound. What's the process for transferring a sound (or even a whole pack) from one to the other?

My MOTU 828 first generation has begun to inject white noise on all input channels at about -20 db. Not 100% of the time, but most of the time. I'm about to tear into it this weekend and I wonder if anyone has any advice.
