Problem with DAW controller (Icon qcon)
Hey everyone, I recently bought the Icon Qcon daw controller and I'm having trouble controlling my effects and plugins. The Qcon shows only 8 parameters to edit (while there are more) and I don't know how to scroll through them. Anyone with the same experience and maybe a solution? Regards, Toon Bosch

Ableton doesn't autowarp song
Hey Everyone, I need to use autowarp on a song to sync the tempo to the song. But Ableton doesn't auto warp the song. It only inserts a warp marker at the beginning of the song and guesses a tempo which is in sync only in the first two bars. Is it possible to force ableton in warping the entire song...

Nektar LX 61 User Remote Script isn't recognized
Hey, I bought an Nektar Impact 61 and want to use it in Ableton Live 9.2.2. The problem is that the User Remote Script, you can download from the Nektar website, isn't recognized when placed in the right folder. Any solutions? This is the link to the page of Nektar which contains the User Remote Scr...

Old DAW controllers still compatible?
Hey,
I was wondering if old DAW such as the M-audio Projectmix and the Tascam fw-1844 or 1082 are still compatible with Ableton live 9. And if so do you have to assign everything or is autoassign still working?
Kind regards
Toon Bosch

Small analog mixer that doesn't affect sound
Hey, I'm looking into buying a small analog mixer that has 6 or more channels (or 3 or more stereo channels). I came across this mixer: http://www.thomann.de/gb/behringer_xenyx_802.htm?ref=search_rslt_behringer+xenyx_191246_0 My experience with the behringer xenyx mixers is that they affect the soun...

Mapping different macro's to one controller
Hey everyone, I'm sorry if this is already asked but I couldn't find a topic about this. Is it possible to map different macro's to one controller when switching between tracks. What I mean is when you want to control an effect with a knob on track 1 then switch to another track and control another ...

Arm tracks with a knob (without an APC or Launchpad)
Hey, I was wondering if it's possible to arm tracks in the session view with a knob. With an APC or Launchpad you can arm a track by selecting a clip on that track right? Or there are even record buttons on each track of the APC. Unfortunately I don't own a clip launch controller and I'm not plannin...

Transposing and tempo
Hi, I have a problem transposing or changing the tempo in ableton. I know the warp tool but if i, let's say, sliced up a sample and have put it in a drumrack and then i decide to transpose it, it automatically changes the tempo because this track is not warped anymore, even though it was in the orig...

Stacking drums in arrangement view
I'm fairly new to ableton and have only tried the session view yet. I would lay my kick drum down first and then add snare hi hats etc. But how does this work in arrangement view. Because when i want to lay in the drums seperately, and finished the kick and snare but want to add hihats it overwrites...

Session or Arrangement
Hi everyone, I'm new to ableton and the whole session view thing. So i wondered, if you want to make for example a hip hop beat with a lot of variation in instrumentals as in drums (like flying lotus or something similar). Would it be better to use the session view with a lot of different clips or a...

No sound with Asio4all
Hello, I ran into a problem as i was trying my korg micro key on ableton. It has a bit of latency. I read that if you'd switch your driver in ableton to Asio4all this would be solved, so i did. This solved the problem but got me a new problem. If I switch this driver to Asio my computer won't play a...
