Ableton Forum

Hello everyone.
I solved this problem by contacting Ableton Customer Service.
You have to replace a file in in home/user directory:
/Applications/Max 6.1/Cycling '74/extensions
The file is "clang.mxo"
Make sure this was done for max 6.1.9 please.
Perhaps this resolves the problem only on my mac ...

I have a brand new mac 13 " with the new trackpad .
Also I have contacted support ... hopefully solve it soon.

I open any device Max and Ableton closes unexpectedly.
I insatlled Java (http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/39490/apple-java/download) I uninstalled and installed by resetting the preferences, I made sure to install Max dismantling the .dmg installer of Ableton for not create errors.....nothing.
