I think the idea of follow actions is great and with a few improvements they could be a powerful tool for Live.

I realize that you can accomplish something similar with dummy midi clips or assigning midi notes to each scene, but I think the ease of using follow actions on scenes really has its benefits.

This would really free you up to be more hands-on when live, rather than focused on maintaining the ...

It seems logical that the scene follow actions would override any clip follow actions. However, I could see how you may be able to do more with these follow actions working separately.

For example, you could have several melody clips playing within a constant order using clip follow actions and at ...

I also would really like to be able to view my midi clip as a musical score.

It would also be useful if you could then export and print this view for use when playing with other musicians. This would be a very handy and easy way to provide a score for future reference.

Follow Actions on Scenes

I would like to be able to use Follow Actions on Scenes. Follow Actions are very useful and clever for launching clips and it would be very nice to be able to use them for launching Scenes in certain sequences.
