Midi files should be visible from Live's file manager in replace audio files dialog. But there must be a linkage between MIDIs in the session view and file manager, as is now with audio files.
Then it would be possible to update arrangement view with changes of clips in session view.

Simple enough suggestion by comparing with others. Also maybe ctrl+delete or alt+delete to delete all time signature changes. Then all line on bottom of keyboard would be used for something, like b for draw mode. It would be just for convenience.

There is cut time, paste time options etc., but no copy time option. Copy option in context menu it’s a bit misleading, when another time options are available. I suggest you to learn theory about chords, not using programs that are generating these things automatically. Just learn about minor and major chords at least and it's done. Don't use these tools, do it yourself.
