Yes I'm on windows 10 and ASIO4All with Fender Mustang as the USB audio interface. I'll also use Mobius Looper to loop with the guitar and have some VST going too.

Overall my Ableton Lite runs smooth but every know and then it wants to crash. The audio will get distorted and I'll have to rest the ASIO drive and it's back to normal.
