Then you need to contact Support, this could be a hardware issue.
Is it a standalone or a controller version?

This aren't Logic/GB plugins, but Apple plugins. They're part of the OS.

The jog doesn't do anything in device view; and as you noticed it doesn't work in all views/contexts.
