Probably better to report issues with the beta on the centercode forums, be sure to submit a bug report too.

This is possible today and the same process as it is in Live.

Set the output routing so that the mains are on 1/2 and the headphones are on 3/4
Go to mix, and then the master track. You’ll see the cue routing. Set that to ¾ as well. Now that’s the only thing that should come out of your headphones ...

That’s sometimes called an Edit Decision List too in the music world. But no, Live does not have this unless someone has made a M4L version.
