STC not available in Control Surface drop down?

Just downloaded today so that I can use my SparkLE controller to navigate etc in Live 9.7. I am on Windows 8.1.

I have placed the STC folder: S:\ProgramData\Ableton\Live 9 Suite\Resources\MIDI Remote Scripts. Unfortunately, when I go to preferences in Ableton, there is no Selected Track ...
