A lot of Apple laptops these days seem to vent heat by the display or through the keyboard. I'd be afraid of things getting to hot myself.
I know, a lot of the air from mine seems to be coming from the space where the screen meets the keyboard. Still - it supports being used with external screens ...

Yeah, the reason I got the program was that I was tired of using Cubase 8 live when performing.
