So, at least two different request threads on this topic here, with a total of 100+ requests, the first thread having been started all the way back in 2008.

Ableton, what is going on? It is ridiculous to make us beg for years for this without any meaningful update from you about when to expect this ...

YES to all of the things listed here, but here are the ones that I would prioritize:

1. Multiple MIDI track & parameter editing in the same piano roll, with unique colors for individual tracks. This is so, so, SO long overdue.

2. Chase MIDI notes. Incredibly frustrating to attempt playback halfway ...

+1,000 to everyone else's request here. It is getting shameful that Ableton does not yet have this feature. You are essentially thumbing your nose at any of your users (like me) who work in film, TV, video game, or orchestral composition.
