Thank you everyone. I went for the Belkin. The thunderbolt looks great, I will get that once i'm not on a student budget haha.

I have a macbook pro with 2 ports, however I want to run a Focusrite 2i4 interface, launch control and launch pad. Can anyone suggest a USB hub please? I will be using it for live performance, thank you.

I have my first live show coming up and I am wondering what gear would be best for the mixer functions (channel volume, filters etc)
I have a launchpad for everything else. I am also on a student budget

I know every song is different, but currently i've been spending about 5 hours a day on one song for atleast 2 weeks now haha is this normal? how long do you guys take?

I'm getting a warning message that says "this licence belongs to another account"
i've had it before and it worked fine, however i asked Ableton to extend my licence and they said yes and this is when i have the problems.

Can anyone please suggest a good filter on Ableton? Like, when you see a DJ and they make one element low then bring it higher!
