Re: Linking a second controller to push?
The icon range isn't supported but would suggest a LaunchControl XL from Novation... Especially if combined with the LaunchControl XXL script that turn user 6 into a 24 pot controller so that all of the available knobs can be used to control the infocus device... Cheers D I am looking for something...

Linking a second controller to push?
Hey I am thinking of getting a little controller with faders, one of those icon platform m things. Is there a way to link the track/ bank switching from push and the second controller? I would like to be able to use the faders and pots for volume and pan, and the push screen for editing synths and e...

Re: Push with new MacBook pros
Just bought a new 2017 MBP last week, working fine with both the Apple USB-c to USB adaptor and a cheapo Aukey one from Amazon. I have Push 2 connected via a Plugable USB3 hub along with 3 HDs, and a handful of midi controllers. No issues at all, it was surprisingly painless to upgrade from my prev...

Push with new MacBook pros
Just curious before I drop big money on a new computer.
Has anyone had any issue with push using the stupid Apple adapter dongle things for the new MacBook pros?
The USB to USB 3 ones?
Or with any other gear connected using the adapter?
Thx

Scales in live without push
So is it possible to find out the key and scale of a project made using push if it isn't connected to the computer? I started some projects at a friends studio and now I don't have the push with me , how can I figure out the key and scale at home? Is it saved in the project itself? It must be for pu...

Maschine jam to mix in live
Anyone doing that?
Or alternatively what is the best controller with faders to use to mix in live?
I am using a lot more hardware these days, and not making music itb as much, but still need to track and mix hands on. What are the best options out there?
Cheers

Re: protool's "playlists" equivalent in Ableton Live 9 ?
Thanks a lot Jbvdb for the i/o trick I didn't have this idea ! I will use this trick for sure But the most important missing thing for me is the "protools playlist" feature, of course I can open a new track and cut some parts (like I used to do with Cubase a few years ago) but it's really...

Re: protool's "playlists" equivalent in Ableton Live 9 ?
Oh, and for multiple takes, I just create a new audio track, cut the parts I like from the original takes and drag them onto the new track, I am not sure I get the issue. I don't know pro tools tho so sorry if I am off the point here.

Re: protool's "playlists" equivalent in Ableton Live 9 ?
Hi, I'm a happy Ableton's user since now two years and I stop using pro tools step by step because all is simpler in Ableton. But Something's still bothers me : When I use acoustic instruments I usually record several takes and choose later the better pieces of each take. When I record drums in pro...

Get the one with the most ins and outs now, like you said so you don't have to upgrade later

Re: bass packs
Hmmm. Just tweak the presets, it's a thing. Maybe start by lowering the filter frequency.
