Consolidating takes a long time
Hi there, For whatever reason, on my new iMac, consolidating 4 clips in a 1 bar loop takes a really long time. On my older iMac, which ran super slow, consolidating clips was super fast. Curious if anyone has experienced this issue. Also, I have a MacBook pro, 2019, and consolidating clips is super ...

Re: Browsing samples: remember folder / place
Ahh, thanks! Yes. On the controller. But then while I'm in that folder, how do I create a new midi track? What I'm trying to do is create several midi tracks (or simplers with samples in them) but not have to start at the beginning of the menu tree each time I create a new track. Or is this not poss...

Browsing samples: remember folder / place
Quick question. After I load a sample and leave the browser. When I go to load another sample, is there a way to quickly return to the same folder (place) I was working in?
The browser always takes me way back to the top level of everything, really.
Thanks!

Where did sensitivity control go
On the controller? It appears to have been replaced with DETUNE
Curious?

Re: are all the parameters of simpler mapped to push 2?
Not in front of mine at the moment, but I believe that one is missing. There's a few parameters on Live's native devices I've noticed are missing, like the looping envelope options in Operator, which is a real bummer as that's one of my favorite features of that synth. Hopefully Ableton has plans t...

Re: Still ridiculous 8 bar limit?
I do admit, it'd be nice for step sequencing if you could scroll. Well, you can. If you've set a clip (loop) length for something longer than 16 bars, you can use the page buttons to access the bars beyond 16. That said, it's pretty easy to lose track of where you are in the clip, so it's not ideal...

Re: Set default note length for melodic step sequencing?
When doing melodic step sequencing with Push (1 or 2), is there a way to set the default note length for new notes? I know I can adjust the length of individual notes either as I add them or after they've been added, but that's tedious for patterns of more than a few notes. -- Moose I don't think i...

Copy and paste clips?
In session mode, can I copy a clip then paste it to a slot other than the one directly below the currently playing one?
Thanks!

Push 2: Is it possible to copy and paste notes?
Can I copy and paste midi notes while in the melodic step sequencer?
Example: I dial in a three step note on step 1. I want to copy and paste that note to Step four.
Thanks
