I've tried running the Test Tone @80% CPU test to adjust the buffer settings, no matter what buffer size, I can't get it to sound stable. I'm running this on a 2011 Mac Mini.

Any help appreciated.

Here is my attempt at creating a dubstep-ish bassline using the Elektron MachineDrum. All sounds are from the TRX Machines (except for the snare). Also my first attempt at live tweaking, track is straight out of the MachineDrum without any further processing.

where do I start? I've read the manual, played around a bit and I'm lost. I'm trying to create kicks, bass, hi hats etc. I understand the various oscillators, patterns, LFO etc ... but pitch envelope has got me, what does it do to the sound? and why does it have it's own envelope? How did you learn ...

Is it possible? i.e. to launch a clip when the fader is up and to stop a clip when the fader is down.
