isn't manual mapping a bit of a pain since it only applies to the device you actually mapped? the good thing about automap is that it works on any device, being that an instrument or effect or whatever, as long as it is selected. am i ...

anyway i got the same prob you have. just got an oxygen 8v2, 2 days ago actually. it was recognised no probs by live's automaping and everthing else works alright but that damn knob, c8, always changes ...
