just want to post my view on rythmics

I think of groups: groups of 3, of 2, of 5, of 7, etc.

for groups of 3:

if you got a bar in 4/4 with a subdivision of 16th notes
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
1 2 3 4
and you do an accent on every 3rd 16th,starting on the one, you get this (in one bar):
XxxXxxXxxXxxXxxX ...

it drives me nuts, cannot make a clip shorter than a 16th note ! (by dragging the clip)

live8.1 does something of which i don´t know if it has always been that way. well:

i cannot drag an audio-clip in arrange view to a smaller size than a 16th note !
doesn´t matter what grid-size is on, or even off, or what zoom - level ...

I'm presented with "Save changes to "xxxx" before closing?"

The options are "No", "Cancel", and "Yes".

Y or N for yes and no do nothing. Esc for cancel works though.

I also tried D, figuring that "Don't save" is the same as "No", but that doesn't do anything either..."

only workaround for me was to convert the files in logic. that means add the .caf-files in the "bin" (formerly known as Audio-Window) , then select them all, choose "copy and convert "from the file menue, and there you are! BUT on my my machine it took ages to convert one jam-pack, because logic ...
