Be wise, and order one from Ableton HQ!!! Don't risk your Push gets roasted!!!!! It sure would be nice if Ableton would sell these directly on the website, without having to contact their support team and wait for a response in order to get one. I agree strongly with everything on this list, and honestly cannot believe that a device like Push 2 doesn't already support MIDI transposition. Seems like a no-brainer to me.
