Ever since live 11.3 a lot of times when I click on the browser to audition sample or lops I get the spinning beach ball for 5 seconds. When I look at activity monitor it shows indexing. I don’t think Ableton 11 is compatible with multiple monitors on M2 MacBook pros. It works perfectly fine in logic and all other apps. Only Ableton I have the issue.

Im talking about the graphics latency and stuttering delay. The audio is fine. Something weird with the HDMI to 4K TV. my TV is HDR not UHD TV but it is 4K. only HDMI 2.0 ports. Is this not compatible with the new Macs or Ableton?

The octave up and and down does not go low or high enough to reach the lower or upper keys in the drum rack.

I made a drum rack with 128 samples. I can’t play the lowest and highest samples from any of my midi keyboards. Am I missing something here. Why would ableton allow sound on say C0 for example if you can’t access it via midi keyboard.

In Logic and protools when you send a signal from a track to a return say a reverb the level is close to the top if you raise the send level to 100% But in Ableton I only see usually around 20% level showing on my return meter. Thanks for the help. From my experience you can only do one vsti instrument on a track so I can’t layer the way you mentioned with multiple instruments on one track. I would have to have more tracks. Is there a way to layer more instruments on one track? Also I can freeze tracks to help with the cpu...
