Thanks for the clarification!

I have three Lite licenses which came bundled with various hardware purchases. I dont use them as I already have Suite. Ableton support confirmed to me that it is allowed to sell/transfer those licenses. So they are eligible for discounted upgrades.

Lite has less functionality than Intro right? Yeah was thinking of giving it away just to help people get started/acquainted.

I own Live 10 Suite. With my hardware purchases over the years I now also own three Live Lite licenses. Those were bundled with focusrite and novation hardware. Am I allowed to sell those? And are they actually of any value to anyone?
